You have:
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably with prior ERP implementation involvement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exp with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven with a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
