We are looking for a skilled and motivated Analytics Developer with hands-on experience in Snowflake and Python to join an international team. The ideal candidate will design scalable data solutions, develop automated data pipelines, and create data-driven applications and dashboards that empower business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake and Python.
Implement robust data models to support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
Develop Python scripts for data transformation, manipulation, and automation.
Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Monitor and continuously improve data quality, performance, and reliability.
Maintain data documentation, enforce version control, and ensure adherence to data governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with Snowflake (data loading, transformation, performance tuning, security setup).
Proficiency in writing stored procedures and tasks in Snowflake.
Hands-on experience in Python for data engineering and automation.
Solid understanding of dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions).
Strong SQL skills and experience in performance tuning for large datasets.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern deployment practices.

Years of Experience:
Snowflake & Teradata: 2–3 years (1–2 years may also be considered).
Python: 1–2 years.
Azure & SQL: 1–2 years.

Good to Have:
Experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of data security and governance frameworks.
Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
