We are looking for a Network Security Operations Engineer to join a multinational team in Prague, Czech Republic. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in network and cloud security operations, demonstrates solid technical troubleshooting capabilities, and thrives in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.

Location: On-site in Prague (remote by agreement with the client)

Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for network security services deployed in the Cloud, including firewalls, web proxies, DNS, and application delivery/load balancing.
- Troubleshoot incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and collaborating with external vendors as needed.
- Implement and document infrastructure changes in accordance with the change management process.
- Ensure solutions meet agreed technical and security standards.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, TCP/IP, IPSec VPN, HTTP(S), DNS).
- Working knowledge of public cloud networking principles (especially Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Cloud Proxy technologies).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Fortinet Firewalls, F5 BIG-IP, IPSec VPN, or Web Proxy technologies.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload under pressure.
Nice to have:
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform
- Understanding of automation frameworks and tools
