We are looking for a hands-on Inbound Demand Generation Specialist to build and operate our inbound lead generation engine end-to-end. This role is execution-focused and revenue-driven: SEO, content, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
You will work closely with developers and sales, define clear requirements for landing pages, and be directly accountable for qualified inbound leads and cost efficiency.
This is not a coordination or agency-management role, we are looking for someone who does the work.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Strategy & Funnel Ownership
• Build and execute an inbound demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals
• Own the full inbound funnel: traffic → lead → MQL → sales-ready opportunity
• Define ICPs, buyer personas, and high-intent use cases
• Continuously optimize funnel performance based on data
SEO & Content Marketing (Hands-On)
• Perform keyword research focused on high-intent B2B searches
• Plan and execute an SEO content roadmap
• Write and publish:
o SEO articles
o Use-case and solution pages
o Landing page copy
• Optimize existing content for ranking and conversion
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation performance
Google Ads (Hands-On)
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns
• Define keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Configure and maintain conversion tracking
• Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality through continuous testing
LinkedIn Ads (Hands-On, B2B)
• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Define targeting based on ICP (job titles, industries, company size)
• Create ad copy and messaging variants
• Test Lead Gen Forms vs landing page campaigns and optimize results
Landing Pages & Developer Collaboration
• Own landing page performance and conversion rates
• Define clear, actionable requirements for developers, including:
o Page structure and content hierarchy
o Headlines, value propositions, and CTAs
o Form logic and conversion flows
o Tracking and analytics requirements
• Review implementations and iterate quickly based on performance data
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
• Set up and maintain analytics and tracking (GA4, ad platforms, CRM)
• Monitor key metrics: traffic, conversions, CPL, lead quality
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights
• Identify what does not work and proactively propose improvements
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
• Proven hands-on experience with:
o SEO
o Google Ads
o LinkedIn Ads
• Strong B2B copywriting skills (landing pages, ads, articles)
• Experience defining requirements for developers and reviewing implementations
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable results
Nice-to-Have
• Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Basic UX / funnel design knowledge
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing companies
