We are looking for a System Support Specialist in Cybersecurity with key focus on incident response, monitoring, endpoint security, and secure platform estate infrastructure (including containers, backups, middleware, etc.). Delivery of assigned cybersecurity support tasks, secured platform components, incident reports, user trainings, and system hardening initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support for cybersecurity-related incidents and inquiries
* Monitor security alerts and logs from firewalls, XDR, IDS/IPS, etc.
* Respond to incidents, assist with investigation and remediation
* Maintain and update cybersecurity systems and tools
* Assist in patching, virtual patching, and security hardening
* Document and report incidents, vulnerabilities, and trends
* Ensure compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and standards
* Support risk/vulnerability assessments
* Promote user awareness and deliver cybersecurity trainings
Must-Have Skills:
* Experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles (corporate environment preferred)
* Knowledge of endpoint security, XDR, patching, microsegmentation, container security
* Familiarity with security technologies (AV, firewalls, SIEM)
* Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
