About the client:
Our new client is a construction management software development company that tackles the difficulties faced by site management staff from a contractors perspective. This software platform development has been lead by senior staff with years of experience in the construction industry with Tier 1 contractors in the Commercial, Fit-out and Civils sectors across a wide geographical area including Ireland, England and Australia. They have developed a mobile application for use on the Iphone that will reduce the direct labour cost associated with completing site paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment process of various solutions to pre-production and production environments, utilizing different deployment models such as cloud, hybrid, and on-premises.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure that deployment activities align with their expectations and timelines.
- Create comprehensive cutover plans outlining the steps and timelines for transitioning from the old system to the new system.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cutover plans and minimize downtime or disruptions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of user management, authorization/authentication, with knowledge of market-leading technologies for end-to-end management of user accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the deployment process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the transition.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the deployment process of various solutions to pre-production and production environments.
- Familiarity with different deployment models, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.
- Proven ability to create cutover plans and effectively manage all stakeholders involved in the transition process.
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in user management, authorization/authentication, with knowledge of market-leading technologies for end-to-end management of user accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
