Lead Generation Specialist (Cybersecurity), CZ/SK based

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. Your main focus will be to identify and connect with companies that, due to new regulatory requirements, need to establish a Cybersecurity Manager role. ads and open conversations with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research companies in the Czech Republic that are required by law to appoint a Cybersecurity Manager (Manažer kybernetické bezpečnosti).
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads (approx. 6,000+ target companies).
  • Contact decision-makers (C-level, IT, Compliance, Risk, Security Managers) and present outsourcing opportunities for Cybersecurity Manager services.
  • Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, and compliance needs.
  • Arrange initial meetings between company representatives and our sales team.
  • Report regularly on pipeline development, outreach results, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development (ideally in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance sector).
  • Strong communication skills in Czech / Slovak and English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of the Czech business environment and ability to navigate local compliance/legal-driven demand.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Pipedrive, Lusha, and outreach tools.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Part-time availability possible, with flexibility to scale to full-time depending on performance.
