We are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Engagement Manager to lead our webinar program and support sales and lead generation activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity and technology, who enjoys working with people, organizing events, and playing a key role in promoting an AI-powered cybersecurity solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the company’s AI cybersecurity product.
• Plan, organize, and manage engaging webinars in the cybersecurity space in coordination with company leadership.
• Handle all webinar logistics: scheduling, setup, invites, reminders, and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Engage with webinar participants, gather and qualify leads, and ensure accurate CRM tracking.
• Follow up with webinar-generated leads and assist in converting interest into sales.
• Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to promote webinars and attract relevant audiences.
• Collaborate with executives on webinar content and, optionally, assist in material preparation.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics (attendance, follow-up success, conversion).
REQUIREMENTS:
• Background or strong interest in sales support, event/webinar coordination, lead generation, or cybersecurity outreach.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Meet, Demio) and CRM or outreach platforms.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn about AI and cybersecurity solutions.
