Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs for key digital components, including cross-platform solutions and marketing page revamps.
- Take ownership of final prototypes and documentation across multiple phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables for stakeholders.
- Collaborate on design style strategies, address key strategic design questions, and drive alignment across various platforms.
- Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback from partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing teams to align design output with project scope and business objectives.
- Prepare detailed documentation and JIRA stories to support project implementation.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce high-fidelity wireframes and design comps rapidly, with a focus on simplification
- Strong interaction design skills and process-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with mobile design and design systems is highly preferable.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with leveraging Gen AI tools for design efficiency.
- Positive attitude, proactive learner, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in psychology, computer science, information sciences, human/computer interface design, or commerce/business.

- Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, wireframes, and prototypes with a focus on accessibility.
