We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Analyst to lead the migration and implementation of customized applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless migration and integration of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute application migration, customization, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements.
• Perform configuration, integration, and testing of new or migrated systems.
• Analyze and optimize current setups, ensuring performance and stability.
• Produce technical and process documentation (e.g., diagrams, workflows, architecture).
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation standards and practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting customized applications.
• Solid understanding of application servers (e.g., IIS, Tomcat).
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with 3-tier application architecture and integration design.
Process Knowledge
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Experience with standard system implementation lifecycles.
Communication & Leadership
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in gathering information from diverse sources and translating into actionable plans.
• Experience in mentoring, coordinating, or guiding junior colleagues.
Analytical Thinking
• Strong analytical mindset for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Ability to assess application dependencies and recommend improvements.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals (e.g., Networking, Windows Servers).
• Experience with systems integration and interoperability testing.
• Creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with cloud environments or containerized setups (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
