As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our production company. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes and define requirements for new internal system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather critical information, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough gap analysis by assessing existing processes and identifying areas for optimization.
- Define business requirement for new internal system.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Potentially take care of development and deployment of the newly designed system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in business analysis, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment. Experience with product life-cycle. Experience with online sale.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
