We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to support a remediation and compliance-driven security programme for our client in Prague. The role focuses on coordinating security initiatives, managing timelines, ensuring delivery of audit remediation activities, and guiding internal and external teams across cybersecurity workstreams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate all remediation activities based on internal audit outcomes (security processes, IAM, AD governance, SOC/SIEM, vulnerability management).
• Build, maintain, and own the project plan including milestones, dependencies, and risk log.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, infrastructure, network, and external vendors involved in the delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to CIO, and senior management.
• Ensure delivery quality, timeline control, and resolution of project risks and blockers.
• Support activities related to NIS2 alignment, compliance documentation, and governance improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience managing complex IT security, audit remediation or compliance-driven programmes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOC, EDR/AV, vulnerability & incident management.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIS2 required; DORA is a plus).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, structure priorities, and drive progress in dynamic environments.
