Responsibilities:
Design:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for marketing materials, sales collateral, case studies, branding elements, and the company website.
• Ensure consistency in design across all marketing touch points to maintain brand identity and cohesion.
• Create design assets and guidelines for social media marketing materials, email campaigns, and other promotional content.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
• Manage and optimize company profiles on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Develop visually appealing and engaging content tailored to each social media platform to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and drive traffic to the company website.
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Design:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in design, with a focus on marketing materials and digital assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Social Media Marketing:
• Demonstrable experience in social media marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns and content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with graphic design tools for creating visual content.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
